Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the UK by courier.
Can I get something sent to a PO Box address?
We cannot always deliver or track orders shipped to PO Boxes and we may request a street address before we despatch.
Can my order be delivered to another address?
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address.
Can I have my order sent to multiple addresses?
No, you must place a separate order for each individual delivery destination.
My basket contains pre-order items, when will they be shipped?
All available items will be shipped straight away and pre-order items will be shipped on release.

What is the returns policy?
- You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your delivery.
- You can return most unwanted items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

How do I return an item or order?

How long do refunds take to process?
If a refund is due to a cancelled order or error, it will be processed within 24 hours and you can expect the credit to appear in your account within 4-5 business days.

If the refund is for a returned item or order it will be processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse and will appear in your account within 4-5 business days.
